Chocolate trendsetters, Ricky and Renee, have redefined haute chocolates as well as healthy chocolate products that are not just the epitome of flavor and elegance, but also capable of rebuilding, restoring and renewing our body. My favorite confections from their arsenal of dishes are a salty and spicy caramel and something they called "The Bite". A scrumptious chef designed mazapan with spicy caramel sauce, topped with crystallized ginger, candied tangerine and yucatan chocolate. These guys ROCK!
