Our youngest Chef is Gabriel Zurita. Gabriel has been a part of the Chef Junction team for over 4 years. He brings a wealth of experience as he comes from a long line of Argentinian and Puerto Rican cooks & Chefs.  He has a passion for learning and has branched out from his Latin roots to learning European and American Cuisine. We feel he will make his ancestors proud.

Gabriel is not only an apt student of modern and classical culinary arts, but just as quickly as he learns the principles and applications of a newly acquired culinary and management skill sets, he runs with this knowledge and shares it with the entire team. Gabriel loves to embrace anyone on the team who shares his passion for food and serving. He is an asset to our team and carries a youthful energy that is hard to ignore. He has an innate creativity, humility and an attention to detail in the kitchen that allows him to produce exceptional award winning culinary results.
